A landing page or marketing site ships in about 2 weeks. A focused MVP or single-tenant SaaS typically lands in 4–8 weeks. Larger platforms with custom integrations, multi-tenant infrastructure, or wide audience requirements run longer — those are scoped against your actual requirements. Every estimate comes with a fixed scope and a binding ship date.

Discovery and strategy take 1–2 days. Design and prototyping take 3–5 days. Build and ship runs 2–6 weeks for typical projects, and 1–3 months for larger platforms. The exact number depends on scope, complexity, and integrations — we lock it in writing before kickoff.

No. Most of our best engagements start with a one-line idea or a half-finished spec. The discovery call is where we turn ambiguity into a buildable scope. If you have a Figma file or a doc, even better — but it is not required.

Landing pages and marketing sites start at $3,000. Custom MVPs and SaaS products start at $10,000 and most projects land between $15,000 and $50,000. Enterprise platforms are custom-quoted. Every project begins with a free discovery call where we scope and price up-front — no hidden fees.

Milestone-based, always. Typically 30% to start, 30% at design sign-off, 30% at code-complete, and 10% on launch. Larger projects can be split into more milestones. We never ask for the full amount up-front.

Yes. Post-launch we offer monthly retainers for continued development, AI agent maintenance, infrastructure ops, and strategic product work. Retainers start at 20 hours / month.

Our default stack is Next.js, React, TypeScript, Node, and Python on the backend, with Postgres, Supabase, and modern serverless platforms (Cloudflare, Vercel) for hosting. For mobile we use React Native and Flutter. For AI we use Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, and custom agent frameworks.
